Just thought I'd share a pic of my Fantom Fury Limited Edition. This unit was purchased brand new back in 2000 (I think) by my mother. It was used fairly regularly for about five years, but hasn't seen much use since then. The machine works well and is complete with all the attachments (including the optional pet hair upholstery tool), extra belts/bulbs, and the original paperwork. It's been sitting in the closet for years without much use, but I decided to take it out and clean it up a bit after seeing the interest in Fantoms on this forum. :)

Here is the unit...

And here are the extras...

This is in imaculate condition! Just a question though, would you be willing to sell it?

WHOA. That's amazing. I'm jealous. I haven't seen one of those in that condition in forever!

Thanks guys.

Yes, I would be willing to sell it for the right price. Honestly, I knew these things were quite uncommon but I never really knew they were that desirable. Makes sense, I just never really thought about it.

As far as the condition goes, I'd say "immaculate" is a bit of a stretch. In my mind, it's more in the very good/excellent territory than near mint/mint. But then again, I don't know what the average specimen looks like nowadays. I suppose this one is quite nice considering it's over a decade old. It's only had one owner with very little carpeting, and has seen quite a bit of use (but never abuse). If you look at the pic above you'll see two dents in the edge of the front hood, and the plastic casing does have some scratching here and there...no major damage anywhere though. The most pronounced sign of use is the necks on the hand tools, which are fairly scratched up from being repeatedly inserted and removed from the hose/cleaning wand over the years.

Wow! Nice!!! That looks like mine, except mine is from 2001, and mine has the "fury" logo on the top of the dust bin, not the bottom.

Did you and Szymon reach a deal to sell the Fury LE? I have not heard, and I would be interested in it, if he is not buying it, depending on the price.

Michael, I've been really busy, so I just sent Szymon an email just now. I'll contact you if we don't come to an agreement.

As of right now, it is still available to anyone who might be interested. Truthfully, how much do these things usually go for? I'd like to get rid of it and put it in the hands of someone who really wants it, but I'd have to get some decent money for it to justify the hassle of packing it up and shipping it off. Otherwise, it'd probably be much easier to just sell it locally.
