yes $30.00 is a good price for it. but since it is such a great vacuum people think that it should be more. its in between the stages of nice and new and super colectable |

Congrats on your sale! A local vacuum shop sells these reconditioned for $120. He had 4 at one point. Not sure how many he has now. |

They're worth different amounts to different people. If you HAVE to have one, and it's in great shape, go for it. If too high....wait for another.
I now have 9 model 70s. I know... But, I got them from very interesting places, in various ways. 3 were 'rescues'. We'll all be able to run on at the "Monster Mash Bash". A 'group' photo. Best of luck with yours. It's a real workhorse. John. |

I have paid more than thrift prices for many of my cleaners as well...and it has been worth every penny! I'd rather pay a bit more for a machine that is in better shape, than having to gut the cleaner and start from the ground up. In all honesty, you get what you pay for (in some instances). I think that it is worth paying more for something you love, and will use and enjoy! Hopefully I stumble upon a model 70 soon! I LOVE the early Convertibles! :)
