Just dragging out old pictures. Never see many of these Samsung vacs around. This is a great vacuum clone of a Miele in everyway but the shape of the body. It's powerful and quiet with the sliding power switch just like on my Miele either side of the two buttons. Even better though is it's tiny power nozzle that works great, it's almost 1/2 the size of the Miele powerhead and even quieter.

Wand rest shut-off just like the Miele

The power nozzle.. I've got Samsung like this but a step down model and it didn't come with this power nozzle. It's more like a full size Eureka nozzle.

Samsung

Very interesting indeed. How does the quality compare to that of a Miele?

Hey Pete

That power nozzle looks like the old Regina issue nozzle that was used on the first models of the Oreck Dutchtechs, and some other vacuums. I've seen other Samsungs with different nozzles as well.

wessel werk

It is actually a wessel werk ebk280. The Oreck DutchTech 1100 and 1300 used it before they upgraded to the EBK340. I have also seen these nozzles used on central vacuum tool kits and a generic looking rainbow copy, I think it was called an ocean blue.
