=) i went on ebay and invested in a new cloth covered cord, and a reproduction plug. i think it made the the whole machine look more authentic.

Nice. Robbins & Myers motor. The 105 and all other pre-700 machines were supposed to have come from the factory with a dull aluminum finish, but I've never found one that hasn't been shined up over the years. Pretty machine! | ||

well..... i like that satin finish....but this one needed a little shine to look good.....the finish was kinda really dirty. so you gotta do what you gotta do. i wanted to leave the original metal alone on this one, since ive repainted my 541 | ||
