I've been bitten by the G.E. bug. I just received this wonderful G.E. Swivel top courtesy of my go to guy Chad Cunningham. Chad always has wonderful luck at Estate Sales in his area. The top brush strip is worn down. Anybody know of a good source for brush strips for the "twin clean" floor tool?

That Is!

The same machine my Grandmother had, 1963, I hope you find brushes, Don O Conner in Youngstown Ohio can re bristle most upright roller brushes, I dont know if he could do this or not, Mike Rogers at the Henry Company in Hammond Indiana might could help.

I'm sure someone in the club can help. I really like this G.E. the cord won't stay out either I've been wrapping it around the cord release pedal so it dosen't retract. Hopefully I can get that fixed.

Cord problems..

If you will look where the cord enters the cleaner, there is a pincher type thing hooked to the pedal that pinches the cord and holds it out, when you depress the pedal it releases, There should be an adjustment, usually it gets loose and wont work.
