Hi guys, I decided to clean my dc25 today, wash out the cyclone tubes parts etc, when I went to clean the brushroll out, I took the end cap off and I noticed that the brushroll refused to come out of the head. It still spins fine when the vacuum is switched on, however the it is stuck inside the cleaner head, Dyson don't even know why it is stuck so I just cleaned the brush itself from underneath the machine and it's still the same afterwards.
