Can anyone give me any info on this vacuum. My grammer school had this machine when I was a kid. Of course like most children I would go back to school after school and help the janitor vacuum the carpets. I kind of remember it being a bad vacuum. It would always pop the belt and send that cap flying and it would pop the bags as well. I remember it driving me crazy because it looked like a kirby but you could not take the head off. The other vacuum was the really heavy hoover commercial - I could not push the darn thing it was to heavy.

I've never heard the name before but first sight of it screamed Kirby and so it is a Kirby judging by the nameplate in the picture, Scott & Feltzer, Kirbys maker.

It's probably yet another commercial kirby, like the Comvac and the other one the name of which I forget, lol.

I like the leatherette bottom on the bag, like the hoover commercial uprights. :]
