- But if it's any consolation, the same thing happened with my rainbow non-electric hose about 3 months after I had it. There are two plastic clips that snap into the unit (one of which broke from me carrying the hose over my shoulder and it hit the wall and snapped that piece off.) I had to get a new hose just because of that, but I later found that you can just buy the actual hose end and replace it. You might be able to buy just the end without having to replace the entire hose.
PS - I had a Renny and LOVED it, but it kept malfunctioning with the electrics in the hose. I went through two hoses and the same thing happened. Glad you're not having that trouble with yours. |

Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it. I actually bought this Lux from a couple who hadn't used it much. It's been great other than this clip issue. |
