Hoover Model 1010

I know where there's one a few blocks from my house just sitting outside rotting away, and I can't get to it because there's a locked fence around the property. Really a shame....

Well you're going to have to be a bit illegal and go spiderman then to get it :P

If I wanted it I would go and ask for it.
If no one is in or the place is empty jump over the fence and take it!!!

Think of your self as a angel of mercey;-))

I would, but with the amount of police in my town, it isn't worth the risk. I don't look good in stripes. Maybe if it were an Ohio Tuec (just kidding). Not to mention the fact that it's been sitting out there for at least a year, but the paint still looks good on the handle and the base. I've never seen anyone go in or out of the property, and neither have the neighbors.

Well you know what to do then :P do it under the cover of darkness perhaps, thats how my *cringe* dad gets stuff out of skips..

My convertible 1010 has a serial number of 0104037 is it early or late?

If the 01 is anything to go by i'd say it's an early one, Seamus knows how to date Hoovers by their Serial Numbers, it might just be for european models though.
