How many Dial-a-matic 1110s were made? mine is the 275,309th one off the line. Is mine a late model or an early model? or mid model?

I would say that your 1110 is one of the later ones. I believe they began with the number 1001. So that would make yours toward the end of the production run.

Wait, I'm confused...

I just took a look at the serial number on my Persian Gold (or I like to think of as butterscotch) model U5015 (which I know was one of the last Dial-A-Matics), and the serial number reads 236892. Did they start from zero with each new model?
