Learned last night on "Larry King Live" that Dog the Bounty Hunter has a soft spot for vacuums, likes to repair them, and sold Kirbys before he was a bounty hunter.

I don't watch his show, but he looks like a pretty cool guy, now we know. Hope he gets out of trouble soon.

Dog out of trouble

Mexico several days ago dropped the charges against Dog. However, his attorney, who also appeared on Larry King Live, pointed out that the dropped charges automatically go on appeal in Mexico.

Dog was pictured repairing a vacuum and running a couple of them on the TV show.

Its very interesting

That he not only sold Kirbys here in Denver, but he also sold Bisons when he first came here from Texas for the local Bison distributor. Also, you might want to know that the Bison dealer happened to be our own Clay Floyd.

Bisons

I knew Clay Floyd had been a Bison distributor but didn't know that Shane "Dog" Chapman sold Bisons for Clay!

Where in Texas did Dog come from? I lived in Houston for a year and in Fort Worth for 13 years. The first Kirby and the first Bison I ever saw were in Fort Worth. When I first saw a Bison, I thought it was a Kirby. I didn't know that there was a vacuum cleaner called Kirby until I was in high school.

Duane Chapman was one of my Bison dealers. He had sold Bisons in Texas and then moved to Colorado, where he approached me to sell Bisons for me. He was a particularly dishonest person, and caused me lots of problems, one of which actually caused me to fear for my life.

Dog said he'd reformed!

Clay, on "Larry King Live," Dog said he had done bad things in the past but had reformed. What do you think?

From a website article..

As American symbols go, Mr. Chapman is a pretty epic one. He has had 4 wives, 12 children, 18 robbery convictions, a conviction for being an accessory to murder, and, according to his math, more than 7,000 fugitives brought to justice. He belonged to a biker gang, but cries easily and enjoys vacuuming.

Pretty much just like me =p
