Hello,

I recently saved a G E Swivel Top vacuum cleaner, model V11C13, from the dump. It appears to be in pretty good shape and has all its attachments. Anyway, I would like to know if they still manufacture its bags. If so, please tell me if there is a certain style--such as Electrolux's "style C" canister bags. I found bags for G E Premier and Whirlwind swivel tops, but I am not sure if they would fit my machine. Thanks.

Probably

NOT, im not sure, the swivel top machines all used the same bag though, from the first one in 1952, till the last Premier,so they are easy to find, check old vac shops and old hardware stores, you should be able to find them fairly easy, When I find old bags, I usually buy all they have if I can.

Hey Paul. The bags that you found for the Premier, Whirlwind, etc., will fit the G.E. The vac you found, if I'm not mistaken, is tan and white with a retractable cord underneath. Congrats on saveing it from the dump. Later, Trg

Good news!

Bags for the GE Swivel Top canister are still available -- believe it or not!  I just checked with Hesco, Inc. (a parts vendor from whom I often buy replacement vacuum parts), and they have available a package of 5 bags for 98 cents.  I've placed a link to their website below: search the online catalog for part number 105.
