Hello everyone...

I found this hose recently hung on a wall in a basement. No vac in sight. Very nice light beige woven vinyl in great condition. Small aluminum wand connection. The odd machine connection is a rectangle about 3" x 1.5" with a pushbutton for a clip to snap the connection to the machine.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Mark

Close-Up

Here is a better look at the machine and wand connections.

Thanks again.

Hey Mark! That hose is for a Eureka upright, but it's missing the curved metal wand end, which would have went over the short end. Later, Trg

That hose is from a Eureka upright from the 60's, I am not sure of the model number, but the hose connected to the machine where the now "Dial A Nap" knob is located. The handle end is actually missing off your hose, it should have a conventional Eureka "boom a rang" style handle on it.

Eureka hose

All the above is correct. In addition there would be a flat rectangular cover that would snap in the brush opening of bottom plate to seal suction.
