I had heard of the Big Green steam cleaners, but not these new commercial uprights. Any idea who makes these and how good they might be? How do they compare to Windsor/Sebo? Are they Chinese knockoffs of Sebo/Windsor?

All I can say is that the large upright with on-board tools is of a style which has been available in the UK for many years. Whether the Bissell is made by the same people as some of ours are, or one made as a legitimate copy, I cannot say. Either way, it will be bulky and hard to push. I've used several of this design, of various brands, and all were no great joy to use. The one with the bag on looks like something I saw recently which was branded Pefect Hepa. It looked like an Electrolux sanitaire to me.

All of these vacuums...

are manufactured in Asia for a company named IVAC from the Netherlands. They private label for anyone.

Oreck has the same knock-offs in their commercial lineup.
