Bissell's First Upright Vacuums |

I'm not sure when Bissell made their first uprights. I thought they had acquired the Singer line of vacuums before 1996. I have a 1994 Montgomery Ward catalog that shows a Bissell style upright with the Singer name on it. This was around the time the Singer/Kenmore twin fan vacuums were discontinued, and Bissell did not support any parts from them.

I don't recall. Bissell launched the Cleanview in 2002 as their first bagless upright, when Dyson came to America. | ||
