That cleaner reminds me of a Sanitaire model 623 my paternal grandmother had back in the 1970s and 1980s, except hers lacked the cord reel and headlights, and the trim was wild moss green instead of yellow. Does the cleaner run smoothly? |

Sanitaire did make a home model in the 70's,and it WAS green and off white and sold new for 69.95--89.95,and ONLY sold in Vac stores! ~David |

Sanitare or a EUREKA COMMERCIAL???>....theres a major color and style diffrence....and Sanitare did not make anything for home use until the 80's....that was the point of being Sanitare and not Eureka... |

That is a really cool cordaway! I have seen nothing liek it. What kind of motor does it have. Blender or pancake motor. |

two speed 3.5 amp pancake motor with a metal fan.....but unfortunatley the motor was replaced..=( |

Very nice!I have seen few yellow Eurekas and never as deluxe as to have cordwinder.The green/white Sanitaires also had a companion canister(using type H bags)as seen recently in the place of which we do not speak. |
