hi all, there's this Kirby 2000 limited edition down at the oreck store for 150$, is that a good deal?

i just don't have 150 bucks lying around, so how low do you think i can get this guy to go on it? it has a couple tools, like the hose and some other things (i didn't look in the bag :D).

so what do you guys think is a good offer for this Kirby?
and did the 2000 limited edition come with tech-drive?

-Alex.

Offer $70 for it and work from there, and as it's a G6 with different decals, it has Techdrive... :)

I agree, make them work for the sale on that one. It is a good machines, but that is what they go for on Ebay.

Be careful I bought a G6 (2001) model with shampooer and incomplete accessories (missing the two long extensions) for $90. Took it home and completely dissembled it and the fan was beat to hell and needs new wheels (front and rear), brush roller. I would inspect as throughly as you can and then start the offer at $50 if it really looks worn. Being it's a 12 year old machine I wouldn't pay more than $80 of $90 because you will be investing from $50 to $100 for parts. Don't let the people pressure you of they don't budge below $90, walk out. I bet tell you good-by or call you back in the store.
