Well, I finally bought a Hoover Slider for those quick in between pick ups. I use it especially in the bathroom where
I have two litter boxes. It is light and nice to work with but it is not the greatest up against the baseboard or in corners.
When I have the Hoover Telios out, I put the dust brush
attachment on and one of my 3 cats loves to get vacuumed.
She nuzzles against the dust brush as I vacuum her to remove
excess hair.

Ross I think that you will learn to really like the Slider!! It moves about so easily and for those quick pick ups, you just can't beat it. Just wonder if anyone out there has gotten the "Swivel Vac" I believe that is what it is call that they are pushing on tv? Looks to be a pretty handy thing as well.

Slider

I have a Slider Ross, I keep it plugged in my kitchen all the time, its great for a once-a-day pickup on the kitchen floor!

Hi there. I do not like to disagree with anyone, but I am not
happy with the Hoover Slider. Perhaps I was expecting more than I should. I will say however, the Swiffer Sweeper Vac
has better suction but with the disposable pad on the bottom, you can only go forward to pick up, not back and forth.
I have all tile floors, they are off white, and 3 cats with bits of litter and hair around the house.
I just tried the slider again and gave up and used the
Telios which I like much better. If anyone wants a Hoover Slider, I will give it away. The Slider does not pick up where the wall meets the baseboard or in corners. The Swiffer Sweeper Vac was much better at that and great in the corners.

I will also say that I was at Sears earlier today and they have
the electrolux cordless but I felt the suction was the same
as the Slider so I just moved on. The salesman at the local
Hoover store months back said he did not like the Slider.
