Pearl is my latest Lux acquisition - a Grand Marquis in the gray/blue colors.

She was a gift from my local vac man, who didn't want to fool with her. The reason was there is SO MUCH wrong with her. She has her top deck broken, so she'll need a new one. Her plug has been cut off the cord, so a new cord or cordwinder is going to be needed too. And no hose, no PN, no tools.

However, she's a Grand Marquis, the last of the real metal-bodied Luxes, and that means she's worth some effort. Does anyone have a parts machine? I already have a set of the correct Fog Gray tools, so that part is taken care of, at least.

This week will be her first cleaning, so that I can get to know her better - and so I can stand to bring her in the house!
