For the fourth time since joining I have been the first person to see the Vac of the day. I thought I posted earlier, but strange things are happening. What colors did that Pixie come in? Was it ever used as the body of a Quick Broom? Sorry I didn't keep either my QB or Convertible, neat machines.

Pixies came in a variety of colors over the years. I am sure that I have seen an all blue version. They were good little machines but tended to lose suction quickly. I never knew anyone that used one like the gal in the photo of the day. This was what took over for the old Dustette model. Yes, they just added a handle to the top and made the "Handivac" or later the "Quick Broom". The Handivac could be made into a Pixie by removing the handle. The tool set was purchased separately on the Handivac models.
