I have started to use these in my Henry, I got a good deal a while back in eBay.

There shat!

They burst all the time! They don't fill the machine like the paper versions do, they keep airflow well but still burst. It makes emptying messy, I may as well not use them.

Have I got a faulty batch? Or has anybody else had this problem?

Cheers guys!

By the way, I don't over fill them :D

Hepa flo

Hi baglessball,

I've been using the Hepa flo bags since they were first available without a problem, around 10-20 bags in total. I would imagine the ones you bought must be faulty- do they split at the seams around the bag edges? They can usually be filled up until they are like a sofa cushion!

I've even cleaned up a lot of broken glass (clumsy housemate!) with my Henry and never had any dust leaking out.

Would you be able to return/exchange them?

Rob

I bought them a while ago so it's not looking likely!

And your rights, they do look like a cushion when they are full!! :D

There have come away form the plastic collar, seams leaked and bust. I really havnt had any luck with them! Haha

I can tell when they have bust too, the motor pitch changes and the airflow improves!

I'll have to get another box and see how I get on!

Thanks for your response! :D
