Does anyone know what they mean by their 2-motor uprights mentioned in the catalog? Are they just referring to a bypass style with a suction motor and a brush-roll motor? Any info would be great! |

The more sanitaire's I get and resell the more respect I have for their simple design and cleaning performance.their metal brush roll's are great for carpet cleaning and brush strips are inexpensive.Easy to work on and very reliable machines |

I have both the sebo/windsor 360,370 and the electrolux /sani Z9120a . Its much better than the sebo machines. It is a little heavier but it feels better for it if you know what I mean. it sertainly feels more powerfull and also feels better built too . it has not given us any trouble so far and is now used by my dad in the cleaning company he took over from me.
Its wide air paths don't get clogged with paperclips and office crap like the sebo's do. Its suction on the floor is not as good as the direct air sani's but its quieter and that means alot when you are cleaning offices. Its suction is much better than any of the other twin motor uprights. I have all of them , nilfisk tennat karcher victor clarke advance wap truvox wetrock lindhuas the lot this beats them hands down
the sebo's are not that well built any more and there current motors ( dommel) tend to overheat in the cramped space they have them in.
I would take this machine over any of the twin motor commercial uprights out there any day . when you are vacuuming +- 500sqm of carpet a day its a pleasure to use.
They really thought about the end user with this machine. I recon its one of the best machines to come out of Electrolux stable ever. |

Thanks for the catalog man. I briefly saw this in hard copy at a friend's house who owns a cleaning company. I'm glad to have a chance to sit down and look at it. |

When I rebuilt my Sanitaire S661, I replaced the older 7 amp motor with the newer 7 amp motor because the old one was aggravating me with its bent armature and bad bearings from the previous owner. The combination of those two things really made it scream, more than the older motors typically should, so I decided I would give the new motor a shot.
I love it! It has identical performance to the older motor, but it sounds SO MUCH more pleasant to use, for it no longer "screams" like the older ones used to, even when they were in top operating condition. Installing it was a cinch, and it came with a brand new clear fan and new belt pully pre-installed along with the rubber seal for the base. The carbons being protected is a big plus, and I really like the new plastic bearing cover better because it seems to offer better protection for the upper bearing than the older motor had for its. These two modifications make the new motor not only longer lasting but also I think much more pleasant to use while maintaining exactly the same cleaning performance. I have had mine for going on 2 years and have had zero problems with it. |
