Yes that is the breast cancer model. Oreck also puts out a Pink model where $50 from the purchase of the machine is donated to Breast Cancer awareness. Most designate the Susan B. Komen group.

My ex had one of those, I never noticed the cancer thing, but the colours are just vile, but then I can't stand pink as a colour for anything manufactured, just makes me think "cheap tart" cos most girls that wear pink or have pink things are just that... :S

That is a VERY limited edition vacuum, the CLIC commemorative DC07. It is not the DC07 Pink Susan Komen model that sells as a limited edition at Target in the USA during October, which is breast cancer awareness month. CLIC is the acronym for Cancer and Leukemia in Childhood. Dyson sponsored a contest for children to design the colors for this vacuum, with the winner's design being the basis for the machine's color scheme.

This is a very special machine. I'm glad you put it up. I haven't seen one since they were brand new and saw only one in person because Tom has one. Keep this one and don't ever let it go.

BTW, the DC07 Pink is identical to the other American DC07 models except the cyclones and other accents are Komen pink. The rest of the machine is the metallic silver.

Pink Dyson

I have one of those pink DC07s in pink. Mine was a little different. It came out during October. It was a Christmas gift several years ago. I don't think it looks any funnier than the other Dyson colors. A friend of mine (not a vac collector) always tells me the Dysons look like plastic Barbie toys. I kind of like it because it is different.
