Here's a deal on what appears to be new ones at a healthy discount. I'd offer them 250.00, 150.00 less than retail. CLICK HERE TO GO TO vac-o-matic's LINK on eBay |

I would be willing to bet TTI is building this for Oreck....or it is being made by Suzhou EUP Electric in China, & TTI & Oreck are outsourcing all three canisters out to them. Notice the hose is EXACTLY IDENTICAL to what the Hoover Windtunnel Anniversary Edition uses, & if you look on the Oreck website, & look at the pics, the tools are also the same that the Hoover & Royal Lexon S20 uses. And even the filter looks like it's probably shared by all three canisters, too.
Another interesting thing to note, is that the PN is a former Hoover design, which was an experimental prototype that was never used. I have seen it before, as Dave Bychowsky in my group Vacuum Collectors Club, has one that he owns & posted a pic of it on there. I will see if I can find it & post it here later for all to see. Considering this is more money than the Hoover Windtunnel Anniversary Edition, & the Hoover is easier to obtain in most retail stores...I would just buy the Hoover over this. I have one of these Hoover canisters I was lucky enough to pick up second-hand, & am very pleased with it for what it is. It may not be as good as my Mieles, but comes awfully close & the old saying "You get what you pay for" applies here. It's a Made In China copy, you can't expect it to equal a Miele exactly. Rob |
