... Dyson DC04 De Stijl! I know its nothing special but I've never owned a Dyson and this one came at a good price. It was £11.77 on eBay. I will collect it soon and will give it a run for its money!
Heres the eBay link and the photo. Jacob CLICK HERE TO GO TO SuctionSelector's LINK on eBay |

Hey Jacob,
Nice find at an excellent price! I have a feeling the De Stilj's will be quite collectable later as there weren't many made, so hand onto it :). Be sure to let us know how you like it when you get it. I imagine it will be very different to your current machine as it has a high efficiency dust separation cyclone so you won't have to clean the filters anywhere near as much as you do with your Electrolux. Enjoy, Chris |

High Jacob
That is one work horse of a vacuum , to bring the best out in it , put new belts on the clutch , or buy a new clutch and a new brush roll, the brush bristles go soft after some time and loose thier effectivness, when we get them in for a service we do that and they work like new again.
i got a desk henry they look cool.

gsheen: Definately a work horse! I'm going to clean it and service it every month!
kenmore81: I'm not sure if they made them in the US, but you could get one posted from the UK. OreckXL: They do crop up every now and again, but never this close to me! Actually its a DC04. I'm picking it up tommorow night and I have a really neat plan to test it on Saturday! I'm gonna vac the living room carpet with the Electrolux and then go other it again with the Dyson to see how much dirt was left behind! I will video the results and post them to my YouTube account! Take care! Jacob |

It is now sitting in my bedroom after vacuuming the living room, landing and bathroom!
She has a couple of faults though! 1. If you lie the machine down and look under the floor head, the inner hose there has split. We are currently using gaffa tape to hold it together but we are going to get a new bit of hose. 2. On the bottom grey bit near the brush, there is one of the wheel rollers is not there and one of them is stiff, so we consequently cannot use it on wood floors, which we have a lot of! 3. It didn't come with a stair tool but I will buy one. And I also got a De Stijl DC02 floor head for the DC04! Jacob |
