Apparently Hoover changed the name to PowerMax, then to the Hoover Windtunnel canister |

The hose is sold out on the Hoover site but claim that they are going to replenish it, $69. Wheels are 3.80 each, the floor brush is 11.59 on ebay. Not too bad. |

I too can't stand the Air Driven "turbo" nozzles. Not a fan, yes they do work to a point, but I can't stand the noise! |

As I said in my email to you, I have the same model, same cleaner-- which was made in 1993. It's my final call what goes in each forum, respectively. |

Mine's from 1990 & has EVERYTHING but the box! My Futura canister is badged as a Supremacy :) I bought it at a furniture store (display model) since the owner said it was the last of 3 Hoover vacs & shampooers they had left. |
