This Simplicity Verve that I bought this weekend was custom made for me so that the power nozzle has a dirt sensor. Otherwise, only the TOL full-size canister in the Riccar or Simplicity brand comes with a dirt sensor. The Verve is Simplicity's TOL mid-size canister. Its speed control is on the machine instead of the hose handle.

The Simplicies and one Riccar

This is the Simplicity/Riccar area with the Verve inserted. Up to 5 now - three canisters and two uprights.

My God you have an expensive collection! Beautiful machine! (the sebo in the backround doesn't look too bad either :D )

Power nozzle with dirt sensor

The machine is not running when I took this pic, but the label shows really well.

Power nozzle in use

This is what the dirt sensor would look like when cleaning John's house: green, indicating no dirt. If we took the same machine to Rick's or my house, the light would turn orange, indicating a great quantity of dirt.

Base plate

The Verve power nozzle's standard brush roll is a round metal brush roll. It's unique in that other models with this TOL power nozzle have either a round wood brush roll or a spiral metal brush roll. I opted to retain the Verve's original brush roll just for variety, since I already have two nozzles with the spiral metal brush roll. It cleans really well.

New Addition: Simplicity Verve

Patrick,
The color is outstanding. Also like the way they carried the trim color onto the straight suction tool. Details always catch my attention. Also like the metal beater brush. It has a high quality look to the machine.
How is the noise level on the Simplicity canisters? Thanks for sharing the pictures.
Rob

it is very pretty... at first I thought it looked like any other plastic canister, just more shiny, but the metal brushroll and sole plate really set it apart. Love that there is a dirt sensor on the power nozzle. The direct connect wands and quick release power nozzle are great. The headlight is really bright! What do the attachments look like?

Patrick...

Your machine is absolutely gorgeous! This is the kind of quality and construction that i can have respect for. This is a company that goes all out with the money you spend on their product. I owned one of their canister for a short period as a trial from Simplicity and did not want to give it back. Luckily since they made me an authorized dealer i can get one at anytime, but i see this one if a bit customized :P

Very nice, and money well spent.

As the Wertheim 4412 - great machine... feels a little cheap in the lid but a great performer none-the-less
