Whats the difference between the Hoover F5914 SteamVac and Hoover C3820 SteamVac?
I have a Hoover F5914 SteamVac and it works very well. I would like to have a Hoover C3820 SteamVac.

Steam Vacs.

The F5914900 is a residential machine, with attachments, and is blue and tan or blue and grey (depending on how old it is--new ones are all grey).

The C3820 is a commercial machine, thus it has an orange 3-wire cord that meets OSHA's standards, and is black and tan or black and grey (again, newer ones are grey). The C3820 does not have tools, or even tool capability. There is no pump to which you would hook up the detergent tube. There is also a commercial warranty on it (1 year), whereas the warranty would be void on the F5914 if it were used commercially.

Hope that helps.
