Hi Guys.

I went to a car boot sale on Saturday, and came away with this lovely vac.

I'm really chuffed, it seems like it has had minimal use, the handle wouldn't pivot, the plastic was so thick!

I hope you enjoy reading my long thread, and if I educate someone or provide interesting pictures along the way, then all the better!

Regards

Sam

Fantastic look at the pictures.

The turbopowers are great vacuums and clean really well.

I was just about to add that I have a brand new motor for the turbopower at home in the cupboard. It was bought when I did a few up but was never needed.

I dont have them any more so its surplus to requirements.

I've got a set of Turbopower tools that would probably fit that, listed them on ebay ages ago and no-one bought them, so they're just sat in a box awaiting someone to buy them...

Thanks guys

Thanks for the comments. I have to say, when I first got into vacs, I always wanted to see inside them, how they work etc, hopefully someone will stumble across the link and have their day made!

I have quite a few turbopowers now, I guess because their still in abundance at fairly cheap prices, I may as well. Stock them all up, hide them away for 30 odd years and wheel them back out when their interesting!

I'm not sure on how the board take buying and selling, but 2cvbloke and Richard, if you were looking to offload I would be willing to buy!

Thanks

Sam

I'm sure trading and selling between members is allowed... :)

I'm actually considering sticking them on ebay, which gives me a bit of security (I don't like putting my e-mail addresses up online), when I do I'll post a link to them here... :)

Only 8 hours to go on those tools, and no bids as yet, plenty page views though, but few watchers... :)

Hi, wasn't able to respond earlier, I had been awake for 30 hours so needed to sleep!!

I'll be relisting the tools this weekend, so if you want to discuss collection, contact me through ebay then, and I'm sure we could arrange something... :)
