Hey guys.... I am in negotiations with a guy to possibly buy a Windsor upright from them... the 12 inch model (S12). He wants 140 for it, is it worth that? He said it was just serviced and he just got new bags for it so he can't let it go for less than that.... seems like a nice guy, but I really wanted a Sebo X4 instead.... should I settle for the Windsor because of the price.... is that a good deal? Are the differences between the SEbos and Windsors just comsetic?

It's either that or the baby canister dyson for 399.... I need something soon!

Id wait, you could get a Winsor for less IMHO. Its not a bad price if its in good condition, but I like the Sebo better. And yes the difference is cosmetics and I think the sebo adds a dusting brush IIRC.

I think you are right Kenny.... I just got excited because I've never seen a Sebo or Windsor on CL and I check EVERY day... I guess Sebos are so good that people who have them want to keep them!

I really do like the look of the Sebo better and the dusting brush is something I will want. I should not settle.... I settled when I got my Reniassance instead of a Guardian (but for 25 bucks, I couldn't pass it up), but I need to really go for what I want now and not settle anymore!

This guy had it advertised for 200 dollars.... I offered 100 and he came back with 140 is what he had in the vacuum and he would sell it for that... sounds like a contrived story to me!

Thanks for responding!
