I got this Eureka ESP Self Propelled today from a vac shop for 10 dollars. Unfortunately, it is in SAD condition and the motor is dead. And the only reason I paid money for it is because I have been looking for one of these for a LONG time! At some point, the handle was replaced, so it is no longer self propelled. The propulsion belt and cable is also missing. Someone even took the time to scratch out the "Self Propelled" label on the base! Some people are just crazy. But I am really happy to have found this, and I am thinking about taking apart my blue Eureka Precision and using it for parts for this. Any opinions on that? But here is a picture of it-

Congratulations on finding it. That looks exactly like my Precision without the cord-reel. Interesting anyway.
