Another new edition to the collection, a model 707, which surely has some of the loudest 1970's style colors I have ever seen on a vacuum!

that bag makes me think......

that there was probably no drug screening in the design department during that time :-)

Must be that Elphaba green paint has some magical anti-scratching properties....

I have 2 they're "funky". The snap bag doesn't have the best shape. But, the power, etc... is great. A billious color.

That has to be

older than the 70's. The snap bag, rear tools and embedded emblem. I've never seen that color combo before. Is that an original Hoover color, or was it repainted? Also, (and I might be wrong......) I don't recall the underside of the Hoover's to have the same paint color as the top.

Nevertheless, it's still a great color combination. Easy on the eyes! Just curious....... =o)

My Grandmother had one just like that. She used it in her basement. I always had a thing for it. I realy kind of miss it. I don't know what happened to it when she died. I wish I could have got it. Anyway, enjoy!

That Color is so Brady!

From the '60s & '70s TV sitcom THE BRADY BUNCH (1969-1974) ... notice the 707's color resemblance to Mike Brady's tie & jacket, Carol Brady's blouse, the chair & ottoman in the family room, and the living room décor—Far Out!
