Well, that's a pretty nice Royal ...

... but it's not the same one that "Centralvacman" is looking for. Note that the machine in the photo he posted has wheels, whereas the one on eBay has little foot-like sleds.

I have that same model (the footie one) with all the attachments and original hose. But I don't have (I don't think) the tool caddy. Pretty sure I do not. I'd like the one with the wheels, also.

A bit of trivia here -- I did a CD with a German group about, hm, 5-6 years ago (I played the theremin for their CD). The recording engineer came to Los Angeles to my home to record my part. He had an amazing digital recording "studio" the size of a leather briefcase that he recorded me with. When he went back to Germany he mixed my theremin part in with the rest of the instrumentals and singers. "Just amazing what they can do today!"

Anyway, the lead singer of the group, Thomas Waschat, saw photos of my old vacuum cleaners on my web site and just went nuts -- he just fell in love with them! So, while the recording engineer was here he photographed a bunch of my machines to take back to show Thomas.

So .......

Guess what ended up on the cover of the CD!

Check out the link and see --- scroll down to the section entitled "Selections from the German compact disk PHONO ROYAL "IGELVERTEILER"
