Look at those bizarre "Dr. Moreau" wheels, and WTF is that big round thing stuck onto the exhaust??

I don't know, I had thought maybe an early demother attachment? With those wheels I thought it was a real early Hoover (perhaps a model N), but alas, just another Frankenvacuum. This is not the first time the seller has listed that machine. Also, $40. is kinda lofty for shipping.
