It's the old Riccar 1500P with a Wessel Werk floor brush and EBK 280 Powerhead. With the new Riccar / Simplicity canisters being made in the US, I guess this company has purchased the rights to the machine for the US market. The vacuum is actually made in Korea by Daewoo...

When it was under the Riccar name, it was a decent machine. Though, it seemed to have more hose, wand and PH neck failures than most machines in its price range.

Its actually the 1500M, which came under the Riccar and Simplicity name with that nozzle. Its private labeled by Bank, and made for Tacony by Daewoo in Korea. Only the full sized Tacony canisters are currently made in the US, not the compact or mid sized yet, but they plan on eventually moving all manufacturing here as they can afford to do it.
