Would have posted this sooner, but didn't get the pics developed until late July, and had been having some problems with my computer. Anyway, back in May my good friend Norm Brown was downsizing his collection due to moving to smaller quarters, and wanted these fine machines to go to a good home. Thanks again Norm, for these wonderful additions to my collection!
First, here's a group shot that includes, left to right, AirWay Sanitizor 55-A, Electrolux XII, a very early straight suction Eureka, Hoover 425, 26, 115, and Constellation 84, Lewyt 55, Revelation C-2, and in front, Hoover Pixie 1001 and Apex Roto-Brush Hand Vac.
Jeff

Now, Individual Pics

First, the AirWay Sanitizor 55-A. Amazingly powerful, almost complete, and either an original or early replacement hose that does not leak!

Electrolux XII

Althoug it's missing the handle and has a few dings, it's still a beautiful machine and runs quite well. Only missing the dust brush and crevice tool, and also has an instruction book.

Straight Suction Eureka

Only needs a good polishing and a nozzle latch to make it look great, runs good for its age and has a patent date of 11/8/1910 on the data plate.

Hoover 425

Runs great, looks great, could use a little polish and desparately needs a new set of wheels. This was the one that used the flat belt.

Hoover 26

One of my favorite Hoovers! Runs great, looks great, and has a complete set of tools including the caddy. Hope to someday get a replacement bag a little closer to the original.

Hoover Constellation 84

The first one that floated on air. Runs and looks great except for a few scratches. Hope to find the rest of the attachments for it someday.

Hoover Pixie 1001

In excellent condition and complete with all attachments, box, and instruction booklet, and runs as good as it looks! What more can I say?

Lewyt 55

In great shape except for the cord and a crack in the plastic on the top. Runs great and the original hose doesn't leak. Hope to find attachments for it eventually. This one was the first that used the Speed Sacs after the Filter Queen lawsuit.

Revelation C-2

Runs and looks great, powerful suction, but the original hose leaks. Full set of attachments that was missing the dust brush when I got it but I had one on hand from a later model.

Last But Not Least

The Apex Roto-Brush hand vac. Norm kind of snuck this one in when we were loading up the rest. Cord had been cut off so I don't know yet if it runs or not. Also missing the brush, belt, and data plate.

Very nice finds! I think those Revelations are pretty rare, so I would definitely hang on to it!
