Could be..... to accomodate the new style attachment carrier, which is gone on the listed one above, also thought it might have aided in pulling it around, just my opinion. I think that may have been the last of the production of the original connies, but something tells me the last two were run simultaneously. | ||

No. It tilted for the tool caddy to be 
more accessible. It was on the yellow and brown one, and a fawn or pink color one. It was more of a pink, actually. It didn't aid or hamper the performance or manuverability of the cleaner. Sometimes, they would fall down. It was very handy, gowever. I THINK they were the only 2 models with the caddy, but, i may be wrong. I've only seen these two.
