I saw that at WalMart, it is actually a nice machine

The Tempo and windtunnel were the exact same thing anyway. That Windtunnel rrrrr Tempo looks pretty nice, and under 100 dollars, compared to the real windtunnel that usually goes for 139 dollars.

I like the dark blue color.
And it looks like a good machine compared to walmarts other offerings.

Personally....

I prefer the Tempo canister that takes Style R bags. While they're not the greatest when it comes to bag capacity, it's a a nice little machine. I have the PortaPower II & the Hornet. IIRC, the TOL model even came with a power nozzle. Does anybody have one of those?

I like the Tempo, sold at Lowes here as well.

It would be the vacuum I would suggest to some looking for a low cost vacuum. It is bagged...big plus, you can also use Type Y Hoover Filtrete bags...much better than any of the Hoover bagless models.

Tool air flow is good...tools suck! But most people don't use the tools on board anyway.

This indeed is a rebranded version of the basic WT upright.

The cheaper $80 Tempo has a cheap toggle switch that causes electrical flashes which to me seems dangerous. The performance of both is the same - excellent deep carpet cleaning, excellent filtration, not too noisy, and very easy to manoeuver. Rated by Consumer Reports as a very good performer. Ignore the cheap tools - better to get a separate canister for all non-carpet cleaning.

Addendum.....

Unless some of the details are different (shorter cord?), this Walmart Tempo is the same as the Hoover Anniversary WT....see link below.
