And I have to admit I don't hate it. It actually looked better than it did in the pictures the seller posted for the auction. The shipping box arrived in great shape, and the seller packed the machine well. The bottom hose was an easy fix, and took me less than 2 minutes to reattach. I checked the filters, and they looked good. Checked for clogs and all seals are present and in good shape. No clogs to be found. I then proceeded to use it to vacuum up all the styrofoam peanut crumbs from the packing material from the carpet, and it seemed to perform very well. It was much quieter than I expected, and the clutch/belt are in great condition. I don't think it can replace my Kirby or Filter Queen, but it's a good machine in it's own right.
