Two more Hoovers found me this afternoon!
Also included in this photo is the Rexair 4 quart that I picked up recently. So much for thinning the herd! It looks like my evening is spoken for! :)

Calm down Michael. You're not out of control. Simmer down....the machines found you, not the other way around. You can't let vintage vacuums go unloved. Especially when they seek you out to take care of them. I wouldn't expect anything less from you.

Michael's gonna be a great man when he grows up...

That's what I told everyone when I was passing out cigars the day you were born.

You haven't let me down yet.

I have to quit writing now, my eyes are all teared up....sniff

Envious

I never find things like this, or as above, they never find me. That 1070 is interesting with the green handle grip and the spring bag hook, as opposed to the diving board. That vac was from my later childhood, so I know it well. Maybe this is a Canadian version that differed from the US version, as your orange 711 way differed from our 719. Enjoy.

Chris

As I look more at what I believe to be the 1070, I see that the entire handle appears to have been replaced as it is white as opposed to the beige handle of a 1070. Might explain the spring bag clip and green grip.

Still far more impressive finds than I ever find in Pittsburgh.

Does that 62 look gargantuan compared to the 1070?

Rexair-

Charles, no its not any different than any other Rexair model C, it just has the added extra quart water tank, that not too many people had the need for =)

Nice machines, especially that 62 with the original bag! Congrats!
