Free Lux 1205 is still avalible if anyone wants it. In FAIR/GOOD condition. Suction/Motor is OK for its age, Cord winder OK, Handle is tight, OK cosmetic condition for a 35-40 yr old machine. A few nicks and bruises as can be expected for its age. Nothing major. Has never been serviced as far as i can tell. Automatic Control is OK, bag chamber is clean. Would be good for parts, or can be used as is. Again, Fair to Good condition. NOT A1 Pristene.
Motor sounds fine, if not a little tired.
You pay shipping, im assuming about 25-30 dollars.
E-mail me if interested. Otherwise, going in the trash, just dont have room to store it, and dont want/need it.

Sure,,i have no idea how to get just the cord winder off tho, and probablly dont have the tools to do it anyway,,i know absolutely nothing about how to do it(not mechanically inclined at all) ,so you would have to take the whole machine if you want just the cord winder. let me know if interested, thanks, Brian

Sorry , like i said, im absolutely NOT mechanically inclined at all, in any way, and dont have the tools or know how to do it either.
Other than changing bags, belts, filters or attachments, i leave tearing apart machines up to the experts. If i tried to tear apart a machine, i would certainly break something,,i guarantee it! If you want any parts, you'll have to take the whole machine, and tear it open yourself,,sorry. Believe me, if i even tried to take off the cord winder, it would be broken by the time i got it off, which then you wouldnt want it!
