Very nice find!!

That is essentially the counterpart of the US Hoover model 55 TANK or cylinder cleaner, more or less a 'hybrid' between the 41/42 and the 50/51/53 (slanted metal front from the 41/42 and plastic back from the 50-53 series.) What is the motor rating? US 55 is 620 watts (approx 5.4 amps)
Rick

Did the US 55 have throw-away bags, or was it still the cloth bag? I sort of think it was throw-aways by that time? John L

Wow Your machine is in a great shape!!I Only have the hose for it, no tools. The guy used the machine in his garage for cleaning out the cars. 195 - 220 Volts, 0 - 60 cycles, 400 Watts and uderneath the Watts is a Rating 8.I wonder what that rating is for?Made by Hoover Limited Great Britain.
