Yup, TTI shipped us 20 or so replacement cord reels for the Hoovers and the Dirt Devils. We have to put a whole new one in whenever we see one. Ugh! | ||

Well, they brought the good name of Hoover down in flames so why not the vacuums too! I'll bet somebody got beat with a bamboo stick after those vacuums left the factory. | ||
