I am so sorry for creating another thread because i know it clogs the forum, but i wanted to be sure and title this new thread making other aware that i am looking to sell this machine...

Anyways...

I have decided to sell the Miele Capricorn because i have more need for the money from it, than the actual vacuum itself. It is just about mint, and has very low miles, especially on the power nozzle.

The sale includes:
Miele Capricorn
Electronic Hose
TOL SEB-236 Wessel Werk Power Nozzle
Brand new HEPA Filter
Brand new pre motor filter
Genuine Miele turbo brush
Genuine Miele bare floor brush
1 box of genuine Miele Bags

New this machine was about $1499. There are about 3 little 'nicks' on the machine about the size of a pinhead and two 1/2 inch scratches on power head. The brushroll in the power head shows absolutely Zero ware, which i tried to photograph. The tools have some regular ware, and so do the bare floor tool, and turbo brush. I am guessing this lady had bare floors.

I am open to all offers that email me, and all will be considered, so please email me if you are interested. Thanks so much.

Kyle

Now, enjoy the pics.

I just bought a New in Box Capricorn and I only paid $800.00 for it. Bought a new S7 Tango upright at the same time,I love them both. Not bad quality for plastic!!

The plastics used in Meile and similar high end vacuums is better quality. The plastic used in low priced machines is cheap and brittle.

"I just bought a New in Box Capricorn and I only paid $

Thats a pretty good price. This one is as close to new as anyone would get. I was hoping to achieve $500-$600 for this one, but no one seems to bite on it. :/ must be too much....? I dont know, you tell me

Just to be honest there Kyle.. when you tell people you only paid $100 for it, it might be somewhat of a stretch to expect guys here to want to give you $500 or $600 for it. Not that it's not worth that much, just saying. Next time it would prob be wiser to say nothing about how much you paid for something and just ask a fair price. After all as you know in here you're talking to people who are familiar with getting vacs for next to nothing or free LOL

One doesn't want to say, in reality, "I got this for a song, and hope to make a killing". NO offense, Kyle. I'm sure you realize business is business. Best of luck on ebay.

I agree with the others... stating you only paid 100 and are wanting a lot more than that probably isn't going to happen. It does suck (pun intended) that you can't keep it, but good luck on Ebay :o)

at the thrift store. It is a model S251i Plus. Only paid $25 for it, but it came with a power nozzle, bare floor tool, and upholstery and crevice tools. It was filthy inside because the original owner used cheap generic bags and obviously one broke. Took it all apart and cleaned it, and then bought some genuine bags with new filters and installed them. It runs like a dream. Never thought I'd get one so cheap. The S251i came in two variations. One was red and called the Flamenco II, and the other was blue and called the Plus. Don't really know if there are any other differences between the two, other than color. Anyone know how much this model sold for when new?
