Hello Everyone:

I got this Eureka model M vacuum today and was wondering about what year is was made. Obviously a replacement bag. Vac works great.

Thanks

Mark

Eureka M base...

Base looks good but needs a thorough buffing. Heigh adjustment works well. Looks like the front has a port cover but I can't figure out how it works. Bumper is above average and has Eureka embossed on it.

Grip and switch.

Works well on both speeds. Hi and Lo. Grip is too nice so must be a replacement.

That is one cool looking machine!

Mark, sorry - I don't know the slightest thing about that Eureka. It sure is a smart looking machine though.

Nice find!

Rick

The grip is original!!

That machine is late 30s early 40s, it was also made in a beautiful painted version, almost a candy apple red but a little darker.

When the Eureka Model M is buffed out, it's one of the most beautiful vacuum cleaners you could want. It's really a gorgeous machine.
