This is my Westinghouse hand vacuum and I dont know how old it is but its definitely the oldest vacuum in my collection! It works perfectly and I only paid $3 for it. if anybody can tell me how old it is I would appreciate it. THANK YOU!!

THANK YOU, and yes, I agree it is beautiful. it looks better in person though. I will try to post some better pics as soon as I get some new batteries for my camera!

This magazine ad is from 1947.

It shows the vacuums being offered by Westinghouse that year.

I wanna get my hands on the blue one!

That little contraption the Hand-Vac is attached to, turns it into an Upright for itty-bitty little houses.
