Hi over here in Holland and Belgium they were only made with a g3 caddy. Also the atachments are different, the same as the g3 but in the legend red.

I was planning on an evening of relaxation...

and then I read this thread, which prompted me to drag out my Kirbys and do a couple of group photos. The machines stay in the back of my office, and it's a little difficult to get to them for frequent dusting, and I see that they are in need of an application of Mother's Mag Polish...but not tonight.

Now, to put them all away!

Joe

Edgar, Why is your Legend II blue? I thought Legend IIs are maroon.

Yeah...

Edgar's Legend II is blue on my work PC, but on my home PC, it is maroon. 'Tis odd!

he might have changed the color of his Legend II using photoshop for the one in his photo album.

everything that is blue should be red.

THere seems to be a problem with my pictures on computers over sea. the kirby is maroon, on another tread I put a picture of a rare red aeg, and there were people responding with "that is a nice shade of blue" I do not know why maybe it is my camera.

Hey Xraytech,
I couldn't help but notice, a Kirby sitting on a carpet with what looks like Convertible vacuum lines. Am I right? lol

Phillip,

You are right, good observation.
I vacuumed with a Convertible 584 right before taking the pictures, I wanted the rug to look its best and I didnt want to get any dirt in the Kirby.

I got the Kirby back in early June, and I still have not used it, just turned it on a few times

g6 repair

I just put a new tranny in mine for my mom she absolutley loves it. It is amazing how smooth it moves you really do not realize you are pushing it so to speak. But turn it off and you remember how heavy it is. My mom has a bad back and I got it to help with her chores. She would use it more but she loves her Oh what wreck! lol. I did the whole house and her carpet is back to life.

@xraytech

i noticed when you got back you're Kirby classic 1cr, it had a different color rubber strap surrounding the bottom of the bag that connects to the emptor. its black, i thought the original color was Greyish brown.
