Today I got my first dial-a-matic. It is an 8 out of 10 overall. It's a groovy orange colour. The thrift store was getting rid of it because it was missing it's bottom plate that you latch on. I imagine if I go to a vac shop they are not going to have one of these. So I'll appeal to all of you experts as to where one could get it. Any ideas? Any spare parts collectors? Also, the handle is sorta wobbly. I tried tightening the flat head screw behind the cord wrap, but it didn't work. Any advice? Guy |
