Is there anything that you remember from vacuum cleaner brand web-sites that you really liked? Like an introduction page?

I have some I was wondering if anyone else remembers.

Since about 2003 I have always been looking at vacuum brand websites. Mostly because in 2003 my dad bought the top-of-the-line Dell with the huge (for 2003) 256MB of RAM and, believe it for not, a 30GB hard drive! Yes I know, today that's tiny. But anyway, our 1997 Windows 95 computer was really slow and I was too young to know about the internet. So when we got the Dell, I found out about this little program called "Internet Explorer"! Anyway, since then there has been many things about the vacuum web-sites that a I loved:

1. The Hoover SpinScrub Floormate:
I remember always loving the teal blue color on the tanks. Hoover used to always have that on their homepage.

2: The Hoover Bagless WindTunnel:
The mid-rang model. I would look at it everytime I'd visit Hoover.com! I think they had it in this sparkling gray plastic and a purple version. Who else likes the Twin-Chamber dust cup?!

3. ABC Vacuum Warehouse
I know they are still up, but they no longer have the Sharps! I'd always look at the Sharp vacuums and the G6 and G4 Kirby. One day I WILL get the top-of-the-line Sharp!

4. The MD Silent-Master Video
I wish they still had it on their web-site! I remember them showing a Kirby Classic III or something and saying it was 80 something debacles loud. There were other things in it too, but that's my favorite internet video of all time!

5. The Bissell Lift-Off Introduction Page
I think in 2005 Bissell introduced their bagless lift-off. They had this video when you went to Bissell.com about the lift-off to the tune of New-York New-York. I liked it so much I asked for it for Christmas, and I got it!

6. These Eureka Pictures:

This one has text over it, but this was the picture

7. Hoover Fold-Way and emPower
Both of these had a site with a flash video. My favorite was the Fold-Way because of the song! "Now you see it, now you don't! HOOVER POWER! HOOVER POWER!"

So those all my favorite internet vacuum cleaner memories. Do you have any?................

Here are some of my favourite vac websites....

1. Ristenbatt Vacuum seems to have one of the most comprehensive websites about vac manufacturers I have ever seen. I have not checked them out lately, but I used to surf over to their website quite frequently to read detailed descriptions of the latest models and company information.

2. Doug Smith of Saskatchewan has a great website showing some wonderful vintage vacs with loads of information about the dates and places of manufacture. Thanks Doug!

3. International Websites - I have "favourited" many, many websites of vac-makers from all over the world. Love trying to navigate my way around Japanese websites to get to the vacuum pages (I can't read Japanese!). It's amazing what some of the other companies around the world are doing. Sanyo of Japan at one point was selling a canister vacuum that actually recycled the exhaust air back down the hose to provide a blowing-sucking action at the attachment end! And did you guys know that in India, there is a door-to-door vacuum corporation named "Eureka-Forbes"?

Here's the link to Ristenbatt - I have no financial interest with these guys, and I have no idea if anyone in Vacuumland works there:

Here's the link to a webpage from the Japanese corporation Toshiba. It shows that Toshiba is selling the Oxygen canister in Japan for Electrolux! Pretty cool, huh?
