Yesterday me and my grandpa went to thrift stores to look at videos. One lucky goodwill in Mesa is where we find tons of VHS tapes. But this time was a lucky with a vacuum. They had some Eureka Brovos, some current Hoovers, one commercial Eureka in bad shape, and a 70's Eureka. I got the 70's Eureka. I plugged it in and it ran perfectly. So I bought it and took outside in my grandparent's backyard. It had a over stuffed bag, and a belt so cracked is was in half and more cracks with one of them had pet hair stuck inside. YUCK! So we cleaned it off and dusted of the motor. Then we went to ACE and got some F&G bags and belts. It runs perfectly now!! We only payed $20!

I think a vacuum shop that this went to tricked the owner into buying a Riccar or something, because it has a sticker for Mesa Vacuum and some letters on the handle and bottom. All it needed was a new belt! Anyway, the model number is 1458. I'm thinking about selling this for about $50 on eBay, but you tell me what to do! I have before pictures on my grandpa's camera, and I'll get those up later tomorrow or tonight. But here are the pictures I took.

Sorry for the huge pictures, I only know how to resize them on Windows, and I'm on my Mac (BEST COMPUTER EVER!). I hope you still like them.

I was looking at the picture of the bottom, and I see it's really dirty! Here's it cleaned.
